At Kalon Salon, we value both our clients’ time and our stylists’ schedules. To ensure smooth operations and availability for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice:
A cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before booking your next appointment.

No-Show Appointments:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged for the full service and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Rescheduling:
We understand that emergencies happen! If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate you and offer the slot to another client.
